1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WesternBullVest website, mobile applications and brokerage services (together, the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services. We may update these Terms from time to time; we will notify you of material changes by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect.

2. Eligibility

To open an account you must:

• Be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
• Be a resident of a country where we offer the Services.
• Provide accurate, current and complete information, and keep it up to date.
• Not be subject to sanctions or otherwise prohibited from using financial services.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity in your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may suspend or close your account if we reasonably believe it is being used fraudulently, in breach of these Terms, or in violation of applicable law.

4. Orders and trading

You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. We do not provide personalised investment advice, and nothing on the Services is a recommendation to buy or sell any security.

Orders are executed on a best-efforts basis and may be subject to delays, partial fills or price differences, particularly in volatile markets. Market orders may execute at prices different from the price displayed when you placed them.

We may decline, cancel or limit any order where required by law, exchange rules or our risk policies.

5. Fees

Our current fees are published on the Pricing page. By using the Services you agree to pay all applicable fees. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before introducing a new fee or increasing an existing one.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for market manipulation, insider trading or any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access another customer's account or our systems without authorisation.
• Scrape, copy or redistribute market data from the Services without our written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services, including through automated traffic.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WesternBullVest is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for losses caused by market movements, system outages beyond our reasonable control, or your own investment decisions. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Closing your account

You may close your account at any time by transferring or selling your holdings and withdrawing your cash. We may close your account with 30 days' notice, or immediately where required by law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in accordance with the dispute-resolution procedures set out in your customer agreement.
