Information, guides, market data and tools on our website and apps are for educational and informational purposes only and are not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. Consider your own objectives, financial situation and risk tolerance, and seek independent advice if you're unsure.

3. Commission-free trading

Commission-free trading applies to online orders for US-listed stocks and ETFs. Other fees may apply, including regulatory transaction fees, currency conversion fees, international trade fees and fees for broker-assisted trades. See the Pricing page for the full schedule.

4. Fractional shares

Fractional share orders are executed as market orders during regular trading hours and may be aggregated with other customers' orders. Fractional shares cannot be transferred to another broker and may need to be sold if you move your account.

5. Stop and limit orders

A stop-loss order becomes a market order once the stop price is reached and may execute at a price significantly different from the stop price in fast-moving markets. A stop-limit order may not execute at all if the market moves past your limit. Neither order type guarantees a specific outcome.

6. BullWest (WB) and exclusive tokens

BullWest (WB), WBT and VEST are available only on WesternBullVest. They are not listed on any public exchange and cannot be transferred to another broker. Liquidity may be limited, prices can be highly volatile, and you could lose some or all of the money you invest.

Access to WB requires a Pro or Ultimate account; access to WBT and VEST requires an Ultimate account. Tier eligibility is based on account balance and does not indicate that these investments are suitable for you. Consider your objectives and risk tolerance before investing.

7. Account tiers

Account tiers are determined by total account value. Benefits, interest rates and fees for each tier are subject to change with 30 days' notice. A 30-day grace period applies if your balance falls below your tier's minimum.

8. International investing

Investing in securities listed outside the United States carries additional risks, including currency fluctuations, different accounting and disclosure standards, and political and economic events in other countries.

9. Market data

Market data on our public website is illustrative and may be delayed. Real-time quotes are provided to signed-in customers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of third-party data.

10. Interest on cash

The annual percentage yield (APY) on uninvested cash depends on your account tier, is variable and may change at any time without notice.
